How do I book a service?

  1. Open the Petvesta app or website
  2. Select the service (walking, sitting, grooming, boarding)
  3. Choose date, time, and location
  4. Confirm and pay securely

What services does Petvesta offer?

  • Dog Walking
  • Pet Sitting (home visits)
  • Pet Boarding
  • Pet Grooming

Bookings & Changes

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes.

  • Free cancellation if done in advance (based on policy)
  • Late cancellations may have partial or no refund

What if my service provider cancels?

You will:

  • Get a full refund OR
  • Be offered a quick replacement (if available)

Before the Service

What should I prepare?

  • Share pet details (health, behavior, routine)
  • Keep food, leash, and supplies ready
  • Ensure your pet is comfortable and safe

Do I need to share home access?

Only for home services (like pet sitting).
You can:

  • Hand over keys
  • Use a lockbox
  • Be present during service

During the Service

How will I know my pet is doing well?

  • Updates may be shared via app/chat
  • You can contact the provider anytime during the service

What if there’s an emergency?

  • The service provider will try to contact you immediately
  • If unreachable, they may seek basic veterinary help
  • Costs are borne by the pet parent

Payments & Refunds

How do I pay?

  • All payments are made securely through Petvesta
  • We do not support direct/off-platform payments

When will I get a refund?

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days

Safety & Trust

Are service providers verified?

We perform basic checks, but we always recommend:

  • Reviewing profiles
  • Checking ratings/reviews
  • Sharing clear instructions

Who is responsible for my pet?

Service providers are independent professionals.
Petvesta connects you with them, but pet care decisions should always be made carefully.

  • Do not make payments outside the platform
